The best alarm system for your property depends on far more than simply choosing a particular model. The size and layout of your property, where protection is needed, who will use the system, pets in the home, additional panic protection, your budget and whether app control is important can all affect which alarm system we’d recommend.
Built-in protection
The Eyesec Home Alarm System has been designed with security at every level — including the security of the system itself. Communication between compatible wireless devices and the control system is protected using AES-128 encryption, while advanced two-way wireless communication and frequency-hopping technology help protect transmissions against interference and eavesdropping. Rather than relying on simple one-way radio signals, devices communicate securely in both directions, creating a highly resilient wireless security network throughout your home.
Just as importantly, the system is designed to know when not to raise the alarm. Advanced detection technology can combine different methods of sensing movement, compensate for changing environmental conditions and, with appropriately selected detectors, allow pets to move around the home without unnecessarily triggering the alarm. Additional confirmation technologies can be incorporated where required, helping to distinguish genuine security events from everyday activity and significantly reducing unwanted false alarms.
Security also extends to attempts to interfere with the system itself. Compatible components incorporate tamper protection, while encrypted frequency-hopping wireless communication is designed to maintain reliable communication even in challenging radio environments. Depending on the system configuration, multiple communication methods and battery backup can provide additional resilience if your internet connection or mains electricity is interrupted.

Full control at your fingertips
If you choose to use it, the Eyesec app gives you a simple way to control and check your home security from your smartphone. Arm or disarm your system, check individual areas of your home, receive security notifications and see recent activity — whether you’re at home, at work or away.
But you don’t need a smartphone, and you don’t need to use an app. Your Eyesec Home Alarm System works independently and can be operated using options such as a keypad, key fob or contactless tag. The app is simply an additional convenience for customers who want it — not something you need to rely on to keep your home protected.
Direct alerts. No middleman.
When your alarm detects an intrusion, you should be the first to know. Traditional monitoring puts a third party between your alarm and you: the activation reaches a monitoring centre, they process it, and you may then be contacted.
Eyesec removes that middleman. Your intrusion alert can be sent directly to you, putting the information in the hands of the person who actually knows the property — the moment your system reports it.

The brain of the Eyesec Home Alarm System. It communicates with the detectors, sirens, panic buttons and controls throughout the property, processes alarm events and manages communication and notifications.
A compact remote control for the alarm. Allows the customer to arm and disarm their system without going to the keypad and can provide quick access to other programmed alarm functions.
A wall-mounted control point for operating the system using a PIN. Ideal near the main entrance for straightforward everyday arming and disarming.
A simple contactless tag that can be presented to a compatible reader to operate the alarm without remembering or entering a PIN — particularly useful for customers wanting maximum simplicity.
A convenient contactless control point for the alarm. Presenting an authorised key tag provides a simple way of controlling the system without entering a code.
A more sophisticated movement detector using two detection technologies to help confirm genuine movement and reduce unwanted activations. Pet friendly, differentiates between humans and animals.
Combines movement detection with an integrated camera, allowing the system to provide visual information associated with an alarm activation rather than simply reporting that movement occurred.
Extends the system beyond burglary protection by detecting smoke and generating a fire-related alarm event, providing another layer of protection for the property and occupants.
Environmental detector designed to monitor carbon monoxide levels and provide a warning when they become excessive.
Detects when a protected door or window is opened. This allows perimeter protection to react at the point of entry rather than relying solely on movement detection once somebody is already inside.
Detects vibration or impact against a protected door or similar surface. This can provide warning of attempted forced entry rather than waiting until the door has actually been opened.
Creates a narrow, curtain-like movement detection area rather than monitoring an entire room. Particularly useful for protecting specific openings, windows, doors or defined routes of entry.
A powerful externally mounted audible and visual alarm device. It warns people nearby when the system activates while also providing a highly visible deterrent on the outside of the property.
Produces a powerful audible warning inside the property when required, alerting occupants and making an intrusion extremely uncomfortable for somebody who has entered the home.
Provides a dedicated means of deliberately triggering an emergency/panic event without waiting for an intrusion detector to activate. Particularly useful beside beds, near entrances or for vulnerable/lone occupants.
A portable version of the panic control that can remain with the customer rather than being fixed in one location, giving them access to an emergency trigger while moving around the property.

Every Eyesec system is installed with a comprehensive 12-month guarantee, covering both parts and workmanship across your complete installation. Should you need any assistance, telephone technical support is also included, giving you direct access to our team when you need us.
